Landlord Responsibilities are laid out in The Housing Act 2004 (England & Wales)
by having all your portable appliances such as Fridges, Freezers, Microwave Ovens, Vacuum Cleaner etc . We are happy to be commissioned for work directly with landlords or working with a Property Leasing Agent or Property Management Companies.
