PAT Testing for London landlords and letting agents
Keep a clear record of electrical equipment in your London workplace, from office IT and extension leads to staff kitchen appliances. SES works with businesses and facilities teams to plan access, identify equipment and explain the test results.
Let us know about occupied workstations, server rooms, security requirements and any equipment that must remain in use. We can discuss a suitable approach before the visit.
Inspection and testing intervals should reflect the equipment, its use and the working environment. Annual PAT Testing is not a universal legal requirement. See the HSE guidance on PAT Testing or ask us about your premises.

PAT Testing for London landlords and letting agents
We test landlord-supplied electrical appliances in London rental properties and work with landlords, letting agents and property managers. Typical items include fridges, freezers, kettles and other appliances provided with the property.
Please confirm which appliances belong to the landlord and arrange access with the tenant before the appointment. Tenants' own appliances are outside the scope of a landlord PAT visit.
Your appliance register records the results and identifies failed items. PAT testing covers appliances; an EICR checks the fixed electrical installation. Contact us if you need both services.

SES provides PAT Testing for London schools, colleges and nurseries. Our DBS-checked engineers can assess classroom equipment, office appliances and other accessible electrical items agreed for the visit.
School holidays can be a practical time to arrange testing. Tell us your preferred dates, safeguarding procedures, site contact and estimated number of appliances so we can confirm availability and plan access.
We provide an appliance register and certificate after payment, with failed items clearly recorded. Request a school PAT Testing quote with your site postcode and appliance estimate.
